Rooms were clean, food was very good, Girst impression was very poor. I was told my room was not available fo to a flood and there were no other rooms available. I was placed at another substandard hotel for the night and returned to the resort the next day. Other than that very pleased with my stay

The place is clean and somewhat updated but everyone seems so tired and there is not good service. We had to get our own drinks at the buffet (coffee/juice/water) and ask for our plates to be picked up from the table. In one occasion we asked for a spoon and was told to go get it ourselves inside the buffet. I always tip everyone and still didn’t get very good service.

This place is horrible. I booked before and was very unsatisfied, so I went ahead and booked again, hoping that things would have been different but this time it was worse the rooms are so poorly taken care of there is mold on every bathroom ceiling, which we had three rooms. We were supposed to stay two days and we checked out before our checked out date, it was disgusting. The beds smell like wet cloths because they don’t wash the sheets properly. They just make your bed again with the same dirty sheets. The pools were nasty. The shows are horrible no entertainment at all even raining days. The staff ignores you and brushes you off when you ask them a question, I will never book this place ever in my life again and again I remind you this is just an experience in one room. We had three rooms and all three rooms were the same if you booked through Expedia, they put you on all the cheap side rooms which trust me is a nightmare , everything is falling apart. My kids had a broken bed. The vanities are all chipping and broken on the side. The safe have no locks the bathroom mirror curtains blow dryer. Everything had dust very disappointed.

Just my house keeper Juliana was nice'. I noticed if i wasnt white, i was treated diferently in a bad way by all the staff, like restuarant, bar, pool anywhere i was at. I was greeted rudely and whenever i had a question or wanted soemthing i was given attitude.

My mom and I absolutely loved it!!! I saw some mixed reviews about the property but rest assured it was stupendous!!! The food was delicious- you never repeated the same course for dinner and rarely for lunch. I will definitely be staying there again when we return!

It's great, near everything. Waking distances from everything. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff. They don't have shuttle busses to the airport. Taxi is 25USD to go to the airport from the hotel.

Solo recibimos, buen servicio del encargado de recepción y una joven la demás persona que nos atención un servicio pésimo (un joven alto blanco sin gafas), todo el tiempo es tuvo de mal humor y hasta nos ignoró cuando regresamos porque nos dio las tarjetas sin activar varias veces hasta que una joven pudo resolvernos. por otro lado, habitación sucia, baño sucia, comida mala, copas sucias, poca variedad. Puertas del baño no cierran, duchas rotas que hacen que corra agua hacia fuera Teatro 10/10!
