Comfortable sheepfold with heated pool for 4-5 people

Just 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 20 minutes from Bonifacio, the bergerie is ideally placed for easy access, with the beach at Santa Giulia just 10 minutes away via a secondary country road.
La bergerie Sampiero sits comfortably in the heart of the countryside, overlooking a verdant valley and offering a wide-open, unobstructed view. Built using traditional methods and noble materials, the sheepfold exudes serenity and blends in perfectly with the wild landscape that surrounds it.
The house opens onto a beautiful living space with lounge and dining room, while the open-plan kitchen is arranged so as not to encroach on the living space. Two bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower room, make up the night area. A laundry room and toilet complete the layout, for a total living area of 80 m2.
The outdoor area features a shaded terrace with panoramic views over the valley, where garden furniture lets you enjoy the peace and quiet. A pétanque court is available, as is a beautiful 7x3.5 m swimming pool with wooden decking and sun loungers. Salt-treated pool for added comfort, outdoor shower.

Fabulous setting

Basically good but lacking in certain areas. Only one toilet which is not mentioned in the details. Kitchen poorly equipped. As a self catering holiday, there is little space to store food. We had to request pool towels as there were none and were told that they do not normally supply them. We did receive 4. However a well situated house with fabulous views and great skies at night.

Fantastic tucked-away property with private pool and great views!

The property was lovely, well located (we had a hire car so the main towns and beaches are 15-30 mins away) and in beautiful surroundings. The private pool was great to come back to after mornings at the beach and you can enjoy wonderful views from the house. If we were out in Corsica again, we would want to stay here!

Perfect and picturesque!

A wonderful, fully equipped house in the hills where we witnessed stunning sunsets, had barbecues, enjoyed the pool and a great boules pitch for afternoon entertainment. The local area is stunning and we enjoyed visiting beaches and a walk around the headland of bonifacio recommended by Karen- who was very kind and helpful! Thank you so much for letting us stay xxx

Tres charmante bergerie. Interieur propre, bien décoré, bien agencé , avec tout ce qu il faut pour un agreable sejour. Jolie vue sur les montagnes Corses. La responsable de l hébergement Karen etait tres sympathique et disponible . L arrivée et le depart de la location se sont donc tres bien passés. Sejour au top!

La n'était pas terrible et ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement des extérieurs de la maison. Ce qui est dommage car elle est vraiment très chouette, fonctionnelle et bien située.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur

Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt mitten in der Macchia, hat ein schön angelegtes Grundstück mit Pool und einem sensationellen Blick weit über die Hügel bis zu den Bergen. Gleichzeitig erreicht man Porto Vecchio, die tollen Strände und Bonifacio in 15-30 Minuten. Tolle Ausstattung mit moderner Technik, modernen Möbeln, guter Dusche.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub im Süden Korsikas

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Der Blick ist ein Traum, die Ruhe herrlich, die verschiedenen Sitzplätze machen es gemütlich und der Pool war nach jedem Ausflug eine willkommene Abkühlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Petit coin de paradis

La bergerie offre une vue splendide sur les collines et la montagne. Calme et sérénité à l’extérieur, intérieur aménagé avec goût et fonctionnel. Für uns ein Paradies

Ein wirklich besonderes Ferienhaus - innen sehr stilvoll und vor allem außen wunderschön mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und dem genialen Pool. Wir haben uns als Familie besonders wohl gefühlt. Strände und verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind in 15 bis 30 min leicht erreichbar.
