Sonder at the Abbey was amazing. The rooms are quite clean.. which is big for me! Parking was terrible but other than that everything was amazing. Hotel staff were great!

Overall I really liked the hotel. The park across the street look like it might bring in some sketchy people but we had no problems. I’ll stay here again with visiting Miami Beach.

Sheets didnt feel washed, had sand in them. Lots of noise, the walls are very thin. You can check out late if you pay extra. Their "free" coffee was a keurig overflowing and broken. Not great. Shower water was lukewarm and shower head rusty

Decent Hotel
It was a decent experience. The service could’ve been better. We requested pre stay for extra towels and they weren’t provided. During the stay we requested for more towels and they weren’t provided. On the last day they gave us two dry towels after requesting face towels. Overall I would stay here again but the service needs some work.

HVAC air quality as far a coolness was pleasant. I know in older construction many times there is a musky smell that comes from ac. But outside of that my stay was very pleasant.
