Had to replace some bulbs that were burnt out (hotel did provide me with the bulbs). Floors are super thin, could hear people above us walking all around. Too was spacious and kitchen area was nice to have.

The room was dirty. I had to wipe down surfaces myself. I had to request a vacuum and vacuumed myself since there was food and dirt on the floor from the previous guests behind the bathroom door had clumps of what looked like dry boogers on the wall. The pool was freezing. Even the pool room was cold. At around 8:30 PM, a gaggle of teenagers, entered the pool without key cards. The breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly

The room was super clean and perfect for a family with a full kitchen. Kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was a bit cold, but it was 0 outside. The breakfast filled us up and small dinner snack was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel

No safety strips in shower and no bath mat created super slippery shower leading to a significant flip and fall out of the shower causing back and head pain. The response of the front desk clerk when I informed her of the situation was that the hotel wasn't liable, not the concern of my well- being. At checkout I asked manager if the rooms had shower mats. He initially responded with "No they were out" that turned into "not in all of the rooms" until another employee told him they only provide them if requested by the guest. I've never been in a hotel that doesn't include these safety features to prevent this situation. How was I to know to ask for a shower mat until I got into the shower and felt how slippery it was and by then it was too late.

From the first interaction with the front desk staff, it was all downhill. When we arrived, they charged us an additional night on top of what we paid through Hotels.com. The front desk staff initially requested a credit card for a security deposit which is customary. Then, she informed us that she may have charged us for the room as well and we should go online to check our CC in case we need to request a refund. Then, she sent us to a room with 4 dirty mattresses propped up against the wall, several empty and partially empty water bottles littering the floor, and the stench of cat urine permeating the space. It was so alarming that we weren't even able to take a picture of the unbelievable scene. We went back to the front desk to notify her and get keys for the room we selected through Hotels.com. She did not look surprised at all about the scene in the room we described, and instead just stated she didn't know what was going on there. We took our keys and went to the new room. Only 1 of the 3 keys functioned. We opened the door and saw there was only 1 bed for 4 of us. We returned to the front desk. She gave us the keys to a third room and again, only 1 of the 3 keys was able to unlock the door. The TV in the room did not connect to the cable, so it only turned on and showed a message of, "No Signal". There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for a 2 bedroom suite. There was red gunk crusted onto the shower corners and significant stains on the bath mat hanging over the ledge.
