11’-4 x 30’ Custom Cabin, front deck with porch swing, rear deck with 4 person hot tub. It is one bedroom with queen size bed and carpeted loft with two twin mattresses. Loft is big enough to sleep 2 comfortably. One bathroom with 36” x 36” shower. Full efficiency kitchen with basic cooking utensils and tableware for 8. Nice quiet location, easily accessible. Pet friendly with a maximum of two pets. There are two buildings on the site, one is the utility shed and NOT a second cabin. Cabin lies within easy access of all Hocking Hills activities. Landline phone available for use. NO INTERNET…. No cell service in the immediate area.

A perfect weekend!
It is a small but perfectly appointed home with everything we could have wished for. We had perfect privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. It was very close to the activities we wanted. I would definitely come back!!

What a gem….
We decided on a last minute weekend getaway to explore Hocking Hills and needed a cabin that was pet friendly for our 14 year old dog to go with us. The cabin is absolutely as described; extremely clean and well maintained, bed is very comfortable, amazing hot tub, adorably decorated, nice walking trail and the setting is so peaceful and relaxing. I was concerned about no cell service or internet but there is a landline in case of emergency. We highly recommend and will be back! Thank you are sharing your little cabin in the woods!

Adorable & Quiet Cabin
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this cabin so much! There is no wi-fi or cell service and it was wonderful! We very much enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the front porch swing. We even hiked up to the top of the hill and found a huge patch of bamboo… who would have thought?! There are good games and a nice selection of movies to choose from as well! Next time we may bring our kids! Thank you!

A fantastic place to disconnect!
We had a great time at Bear Cabin! Being able to disconnect and focus on quality family time was priceless. The location is not very far from all of the Hocking Hills attractions either. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!
Wanted somewhere we could unplug for a few days and this was great! Hot tub, porch swing, loft area for teen to hide from us being weird and wooded area to tire out the puppy! Perfect escape for us! I’m definitely saving this cabin and host for next years getaway!

Great Getaway!
The cabin was super clean and well stocked with linens. Our family of 5 found it very comfy to come back to after our days enjoying the amazing state park, outdoor drama, or tubing down the river. We would definitely come back again!

Can’t wait to return to Bear Cabin
The property is perfect! It is clean, decorated, fully stocked with essentials for cooking, coffee and even an emergency pack of the poster were to go out. We used the bbq grill and fire pit and clean up was easy. We will be back soon to enjoy walking on the property to collect firewood and enjoy the hot tub.

Great little cabin close by to Hocking Hills. We had an issue with the cabin but the host (Shaun) was very responsive to fix the problem. Quiet surroundings. Loved the hot tub! Enjoyed a movie from his large selection of DVDs. No Wi-Fi but we enjoyed that!

The Bear
We really enjoy the cabin it was a relaxing place to return too after hiking each day. We grill ourselves a meal, soak in the hot tub, play some games on the back deck than enjoy a fire. Just what we needed for a little get away.
