Disappointing experience.
Incredibly poor experience booked accommodation received a confirmation email followed by a conversation with the hotel Receptionist. Then when I arrived was told I didn’t have a room. Subsequently an hour later they called back and had organised a room. Not a smooth transition and clarity of stay.

Facilities were good and close for transport and dining options plus entertainment however park across from bedroom was packed with people drinking all night plus the road noise was quite loud. The underground parking door was below the room and echoed through the room upon opening and close

The property is in a great location as we parked the car and didn't move it until we departed. The room was a little old and tired. The fans could use a good clean. The mattress was a bit hard. The property is right near the train line which meant you couldn't have the balcony door open. Other then that we did enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay but note a couple of things. Building units are pretty worn and tired. However the beds were comfortable. Also, parking garage has a height limit of 1900mm so we couldn’t use our parking spot. Limited and difficult parking near the building but we managed.

Location is fantastic for quick access to musuem, art gallery, South Brisbane station, local shops, and the Southbank area. Communication regarding the location of the entrance, and the bond payment/check-in process could be improved. The staff on-site were helpful and responsive, and we were able to store luggage after check-out. There is a mini supermarket at the next building, which is very convenient. The downside to this is that the area attracted a few loiterers who seemed to be drinking/taking substances and left messes on the footpaths. The apartment itself had almost everything you could need for a stay. There was a full European style laundry, oven, stovetop, microwave, cleaning items, crockery, etc. There is no dining table, but plenty of chairs. We were a bit disappointed to find the rooftop spa/hot-tub was not available at all, as it had been one of the things we were looking for. Accessibility could be an issue for some people, as the lift to access the entrance is out of order.
