Charming Chatham Cottage

Prepare to be charmed by this quintessential Cape Cod beach cottage, tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood equidistant from both Harwich Port and central Chatham, with tons of entertainment, dining, and shopping opportunities. Explore on two wheels via the Old Colony Rail Trail bike path, just up the street, or hop in your car to explore the rest of the Cape’s charms, all an easy drive away.

At our Chatham cottage, the exterior boasts gently weathered cedar shake siding and lovely landscaping, while inside you’ll find wide-plank hardwood floors, white clapboard walls, exposed beams, and skylights that flood the space with light. Meal prep is a breeze in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can dine together at the table for six or step outside to the paved patio and dine alfresco. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner. Settle in for a little TV before bed. Disclosure: One exterior camera is located outside the home, covering the driveway and front door for security.

Wonderful place!
We had the pleasure of staying in the cottage for a few days. It is charming, spotlessly clean, quiet and fully equipped. The hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had. While we only had a short time there, it would be a great place for a longer stay with washer and dryer, clothes line, outdoor shower, grill and patio. Forest beach is right down the road and the rail trail is really just down the street, whether for a long ride or an easy bike to town. The small shed is perfect for bike storage. We hope to be back!

Cozy Cottage
This cottage was just what we were looking for during our 6 day stay in our favorite town on Cape Cod. The property was spotless with a lovely private landscaped front yard , a wonderful shower all all the amenities you need for time away from home.It’s minutes away from some of our favorites restaurants and seafood places . Kream n Kone has perfectly fried clams etc.and the soft serve ice cream is great! Don’t miss Buca’s which is a five minute drive into Harwich.If you love creative Italian food this is the place! You will love Chatham and this home away from home!

Place was just perfect. In a good area central to go either way on the Cape. Very nicely decorated, clean, and quaint. Would definitely rent again. Property Manager provided great information and checked in a few times to make sure all was good.

Week in Chatham
Cottage is cozy and clean; tastefully decorated. Convenient to have a washer and dryer on-site, too. Nice landscaping and lots of privacy around. Easy access to bike trail and beach; few minutes to Chatham center. Drifters great spot for a drink and eats, just walking distance! PM very responsive. Only recommendation is to add an AC to the second bedroom; so each bedroom has their own unit and also easier to cool the house as needed. Great house!

Cute & Cozy Cottage
This cottage is adorable and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location at the Cape elbow was convenient for exploring the entire cape. We especially appreciated the list of dining recommendations and the washer/dryer combo. We didn't want to leave.
