Good Stay at Chatham Tides
Great quick get away vaca with my daughter. Thenroomnwas noce, a little small biut it worked out nicely. The booking through Hotels.commwas a little misleading in as much as the room wasnt oceanview, but ypu could hear it amd thenwalk to the ocean was a short one. I think this stay may have been better done with the actual hotel to ensure you get what you want. All this said, the stay was great and what wa s needed. Inwould only recommend using fabric softener on the towels--they werent as soft as.Inwouldve expected :)

Dishonest dealings by hotel
Had to extend our stay by 1 day and was charged $100 more than the 6 previous days. When i said inwould book online because it clearly showed at half the rate online i was told that woyld not work- room that we are satying in will show blocked. Essentially leaving me no choice but getting extorted by them. Would not recommend

Great room, friendly, responsive staff and gorgeous location. IF you're a light sleeper however, be sure to book a second floor room. The folks in the room above us were oddly active, walking a lot to and fro about their room for an unusual amount of time and the walls/ceiling are somewhat thin. Otherwise, loved this spot

What a great place!!! I really don't have enough words to express what a wonderful stay we had at Chatham Tides. The location couldn't be more perfect. You get beautiful sunrises and sunsets and a private beach from which to view them. Our room was perfectly furnished and very comfortable. Everyone we spoke to on the staff was so kind and helpful, from an easy after hours check in to fantastic restaurant recommendations. We'll definitely be back!

Cancelled my trip due to call from an unprofessional, Ill mannered, and offensive reservation staff member. Received call a day before my trip and I was told that I booked a day earlier than I did. He tried to strong arm me into a different room than which I booked stating that I booked the wrong night and attempted to increase the price by changing the room type. I cancelled the trip because the staff member seemed unhinged and I felt unsafe staying at the property where he would be working. I requested to speak to the manager who refused to divulge the owner’s contact information. The manager attempted to correct situation however, I felt the situation was beyond correction due to the aforementioned safety concerns.

Beautiful location on the beach! Very clean room, equipped with fridge, stove, cookware. Definitely worth splurging for a room directly on the beach (we were in #3). In a quiet area away from crowds but just a short drive to Chatham and Harwich. We enjoyed breakfast at Hangar B and dinner at Boca’s.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful location, great room, front desk staff was wonderful. The only issue was The people that were staying above me were up at 5 AM. Incredibly loud!!!! didn't feel like getting up at five am. Was very disappointed that they put someone above me in the off season

Amazing ocean front location
Great location right on a private beach. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. Was a little disappointed that our room did not look like the one we booked - same size but did not have a full kitchen or a sofa (instead had a daybed and a kitchenette). Not sure if our room was changed or if the pictures on Hotels.com are not correct, but it would be great if this could be checked. Just a heads up for anyone booking! The bed was comfortable and the tv was a great size. Appreciated the chairs on the beach for guests as well. Bathroom was extremely small and very cramped which was unfortunate. Would still stay here again and recommend to friends.
