All in all I had a great stay the place was wonderful besides one MAJOR thing. Why ON EARTH would you put the shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the side of the shower DIRECTLY at eye level?? The spouts were pointed straight outwards instead of curved down like normal, so that when I went to use some conditioner a huge wad of it squirted straight into my eyeball resulting in unimaginable pain and panic as I tried to wash my eye out with the tap water. It’s been two days since I checked out and my eye is currently red and bruised and may have an infection or a scratched cornea from this absolutely idiotic placement of the soap. PLEASE fix this I’m sure I won’t be the last unsuspecting person this happens to!!

I booked this property on accident - meant to reserve at a different brand down the road so i was unsure but pleasantly surprised. Froendly staff. Room was bright and clean. Only 2 small things: the bathroom wall behind the toilet nedds a small repair..it appears moisture is causing the baseboard to separate from the wall. Also i love that there is a bathtub, but the shampoo conditioner and body wash are attached to the wall in pumps at eye level so you have to stand up in the bathtub and sit back down several times.

Poor gal doing the check in. Real busy and no help. Bathroom fan was noisy. Towels thin. Right next to I5 so lots of freeway noise. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Convenient location. Property grounds filthy when you walk on sidewalk around it.

The shower had a brown stain on the bottom so was never used. Could not find the bathroom trash can for the first 2 hours because it ended up being behind the TV. The built in electric outlets beside the bed in the nightstand not only did not work, but were not attached. When I pulled on the cord to my phone, they lifted right out of the nightstand. I only booked this hotel because this site rated it 8.8. That is a lie.

The actual hotel is nice, the area around it isn't much to look at minimart, strip building with a few miscellaneous businesses. Our room was clean, comfortable bed- it was a bit smaller than our usual stays. I do appreciate that at check-in we were given a room next to the road that was very noisy and super small. The gentleman at the front desk took the time to find a room on the backside that was a bit bigger- that made our stay a lot nicer.
