Looks amazing but looks do not equate comfort.
First off we reserved two rooms over 2 months ago but upon check-in one room was on the first floor and the second room was on the second floor. Friends of ours reversed a room a week before our stay and were given the room next to us while our kids had to stay in the room on the second floor. The staff said they were unable to put our reserved rooms together. The mattress was hard, our view faced the back entrance wall and the flood light from outside came through the curtain lighting up the entire room making it impossible to sleep. The pool was fenced but in the parking lot and parents refused to keep their kids out of the hot tub which they were not supposed to be in in the first place.

Dear Sir or Madam: When the housekeeping staff came to my door mid-morning after the second night's stay, I asked them to return later, around 12:30 or 1:00 p.m. or after I departed for the day. Upon my return late afternoon, my room had not been properly tended to. It looked like the only service the housekeeping staff performed was replacing toilet paper. I had to call down to the front desk to request new towels. Later, I discovered that the Kleenex box, which I emptied, had not been replaced. I felt like the Housekeeping service was substandard. The staff should have made my bed, vacuumed the floor, and put away the ironing board, which I was unable to fold up and put back into the closet. I was not pleased with my stay at the Spring Hill Marriott Suites in South Jordan, Utah. The next time I am in Utah, I will have no choice but to seek other accommodations. Reed H. Barker

The building was nice and clean. I liked that efforts made for sustainability such as refillable full-size bottles of shampoo and body wash and one main light switch to help ensure lights were not left on unnecessarily. The layout of the room was strange. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable compared to most hotels. Overall the stay was nice and I would book again.
