To start off, the rooms were clean and nice. However, the Inn charged $75 for a pet fee and an additional $15 for parking! The “restaurant” that is mentioned is an attached burger place. When I asked if the bar on-site served food, the receptionist said, “the bar isn’t open today because the bartender isn’t coming in”. I never saw in person the pretty view of the outdoor seating with the fireplace. I asked about it where it was upon checkout and was toldthat it was around the building behind the spa room.

neg: -Thin walls/insulation, I can hear noises like car doors slamming. Right next door's dog has been whining and barking consistently. -Window's right side panel is broken. -Ironing board is broken. -Bed is hard. -There is parking fee. -Can use more training in customer service for morning FD staff. Night shift was very nice and helpful. pos: -It is a renovated hotel therefore it looks modern. -Location can be a walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Gondola. -Descent free breakfast. -Pet friendly.

Nice, clean place
This is a very nicely remodeled hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The location is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not the best. It’s quite limited and what they did have was not done well. The potatoes were raw and tasted gritty. Like they hadn’t been washed. The fruit tasted ‘fuzzy’ like the canned stuff and as it was a couple of days old. Otherwise this was a pleasant stay.

It has all of the amenities to feel as if you are at home away from home. However, in my opinion, the bed was too hard and pillows too flat. Otherwise, it is a wonderful hotel with great, friendly staff.

Check in was supposed to be at 4 pm, but our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm. They offered to comp parking for one night, but we weren’t aware we had to pay for parking at all. The room was decent but it was expensive for what it was.

It is a very nice facility and I would be totally satisfied if we had not had to wait for our room past the check in time, and if the bathroom door had worked rather than falling off the rail.

The hotel was nice and the location was also convenient. There was plenty of parking spaces available. For some reason only one elevator was working when we got there but then the next morning both elevators were out of service which was inconvenient. The bed was not comfortable it seemed to be a spring bed and moved a lot when one person moved the whole frame moved too. The breakfast is included with the stay but I wish there were more options included because the boiled eggs seemed bad, not much fruit selection with very little cereal option

Stayed a few days with kids. The kids love the indoor pool. It’s one of the reason we stay here. The included breakfast is nice. We have stayed here 3 times now and each time has been nice and pleasant. The hotel still feels new and the staff is great.
