Arrived in 1st room, no hot water and tv didn’t work. Was told they don’t know why the room didn’t have hot water. Moved to another room, main-stance called and said there was hot water. While walking to room they stopped myself and said they were wrong and that room wasn’t getting hot water either. Moves to 3rd room now, still not hot water and tv not working again. Left and went to the Holiday Inn down the road.

The hot water did not work. we had to run it twenty minutes before it got warm enough to shower. I asked for a credit and to speak to a manager the front desk person told me their was no manager on duty. Very upsetting.

The facility was old,carpet was stuffy, old furniture, shower water luke warm, microwave barkey worked and was loud. Tv guide was not correct therefore could not watch tv and games. Ice maker on floor 2 was inoperable. Would like refund at least half.
