Worst hotel experience!! When arriving, we couldn’t find a parking spot because of how filled up it was. They offer $20 parking to the general public for the events at NRG Stadium, which is fine but at least leave parking available for Your Own tenants who are already paying $30/night. The room was horrible to say the least. We have a 9 month old and we did not feel comfortable to let her crawl. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and was extremely loud from the rusty hinges. When taking a shower, the wall would shake from how loud it would get for the hot water to flow. And the worst of ALL, we ordered pizza from the restaurant in the lobby, (nasty pizza) and we only took a bite so left it there and that night we saw a MOUSE trying to get into the pizza box!! The most horrifying hotel experience. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Told the front desk about it and all they did was say Sorry.

Arrived in 1st room, no hot water and tv didn’t work. Was told they don’t know why the room didn’t have hot water. Moved to another room, main-stance called and said there was hot water. While walking to room they stopped myself and said they were wrong and that room wasn’t getting hot water either. Moves to 3rd room now, still not hot water and tv not working again. Left and went to the Holiday Inn down the road.

Not what I expected

Wow, I expected so much more from this hotel. I checked in at 4pm and they didn’t tell me the water was going to off until 7pm. The room needs a major upgrade. Rust in the bathtub, buildup on the shower head and the toilet was disgusting. I thought the water was brown but it was the color of the toilet bowel that was making it look brown. Gross! The bed was horrible. The mattress had an indent from how old it is. It needs to be changed. I would not recommend and will not be staying here again.
