Good off road parking. Warm and kind welcome at reception. Excellent breakfast with great service. Our room was smart and large and had recently been renewed. Good shower. We would be delighted to return

2 night stay.
We just stayed for 2 nights when visiting friends and family. Our stay was most pleasant. The staff were all very pleasant and our room was very clean, warm, and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only downside was no evening meals, but the local pub was perfectly adequate for our stay. Coffee and cake delicious. Overall we would stay here again if we come to this area. Would certainly recommend The George.

Modern facilities in Old Town Hotel
This one nights visit was excellent. Greeted by a friendly lady, handed my key with detailed instructions which was very helpful. I had a delightful room, very clean with all you need for a comfortable night's stay. Lovely comfy bed, Plenty of hot water. Good room temperature. A nice tray of tea/coffee/biscuits. Breakfast was what I wanted. Very obliging staff. All good.

This is my favourite place to stay in the area. The majority of the rooms I've stayed in are large, beautifully decorated, so clean too, with a big comfortable bed. The breakfast choice is excellent and delicious.

My second syat here and very happy. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped, and have a premium feel to them. The hotel represents excellent value. The breakfast is excellent.
