Hotel and room was very clean. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. Could use ceiling fans in the room to circulate cool air from air conditioner. I appreciate the hands off approach but it could use a more in person approach to explain the unique features of the property. Or a simple brochure in the room with these could alleviate the issue.

Easy location to get around, cute boutique hotel. Could use some upgrades in the room. Bathroom is quite small. Toilet paper holder was broken, that was fun in the middle of the night. TV is pretty small. But, not really there to watch TV. You can stream apps, but, make sure you clear your information it does not automatically erase your information like other Hotels. Parking was adequate. Also, there is a lot of light that comes through the windows, even with the shades closed. At night the room was still a little too bright, If light sensitive you may struggle to sleep. The only person we met was friendly and welcoming. Check in is a breeze all check in info. sent to your phone.

The Green Room is such a quaint and comfortable boutique hotel. They’re dog friendly, so my 2 Chocolate Labs felt very welcome. The owners & staff do everything to assure your comfort. Simple but very nice amenities. I would definitely return with my boys, again

This place is a little gem right on the edge of Oceanside and Carlsdad...the best of both worlds! The place is super cute with bikes and surfboards you can use. Its walking distance to excellent resteraunts and a convenience store right accross the street! I almost dont want to tell anyone its such a great find...but I wpuldnt want this place kept from staying alive. Way better than a hotel or air bnb with keyless entry and safe parking right there on the property! Love this place and we will be back!
