The place was excellent and exceeded our expectations. They were having troubles with the door keys and we had to reset them four times in one day, but other than that, it was great and a technical glitch, it happens.

The minute I walked the person in the front took like 30 minutes to approach me I had called if I could do an earlier check in maybe like (15 or 20 minutes) told me no because they were bearly doing the cleaning on my room which is understandable. Then the pool hottub never worked told me it was gonna get fixed and nothing. Then the door to my room wasn't closing all the way which made me not feel safe at all. The AC in the room wasn't cooling felt like the heater was on the whole time. Also the room had a super bad smell tried going to the front again to complain and again no one was there to help out. In the morning around 10:15 had hard banging on my door that it was checkout time which checkout was at 11:00! Experience was horrible will really like to reach out to corporate about the problem not only I had problems but another guest had a complain about the balcony fence being broken and they didn't get helped at all.
