Downstairs has separate bedroom, living area and kitchen. A private yard blooms with tropical landscaping, and an elegant sparkling pool. One garages runs the length of the house and has been turned into a game room with foosball, pool table and darts. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend all day at the beach! Enjoy the LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT at Gulfside Gathering Place!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Really nice place. Clean and well stocked with what you need to prepare food. Close to the beach. The only issue we had was that when I booked the location several months ago, I confirmed with whoever runs the property that the pool was definitely able to be heated. When we arrived I checked the pool and it was cold. When we tried to turn on the heater it was broken. A pool guy was not able to come out until the next day. When he did come out he informed me that the heater was broken and he didn’t have any parts to fix it and if he did get the parts he wouldn’t be able to come back out for several days. Our stay was pretty much over when he would be able to come out. Needless to say though we did try and use the pool it was uncomfortably cold. We were all disappointed we didn’t get to use it more. The only question I have is shouldn’t the pool heater been fixed before our arrival? I was told it was heated. Anyway despite the pool issues we had a great time at this home.

Perfect home
The house was perfect, great location, clean and stocked. Our family enjoyed the pool and game room. Walked to the corner and rented a golf cart that we enjoyed so much. The house is not even a block away from the beach. It came with so many amenities such as lawn chairs, wagon and beach toys for the kids. Highly recommend for large families!

A Great Place to Stay!
Review : We are so delighted to have had another fantastic trip this year returning to this amazing home! The accommodations are consistently spectacular! This home has abundance of room and relaxation! The pool is one of our favorite amenities and the pool umbrellas are a game changer for sure! With 9 adults and 2 kids, we still had extra room. We did not get to bring out beach stuff but the garage was fully stocked with pool noodles, toys, coolers and more. We love this home and highly recommend as a 100/10 ☀️🌊☀️🌊☀️🌊☀️🌊

The Gulfside Gathering Place.
The set up of this property was well thought out. It had plenty of room for our family of 12. There was plenty to do and it is definitely easy to stay entertained here. The pool & outside areas were nicely set up and when that wasn’t being used we were taking advantage of the game room. The kitchen is a great size and was fully stocked with almost everything you could think of. Clear instructions are sent to you prior to check in; and made expectations & the checkout process easier. Property Management had great communication & was quick with responses. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great Place and amazing location
Pictures do not do this place justice, it’s much bigger than pictured. Great Layout for large group. My family and friends enjoyed everything about it. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Less than 5min walk to beach access and golf cart rentals on each end of street. Will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Padre Island in the future.

Excellent House!
We had a group of people 11 people there this past week, and a a dog. This house hit every mark and need we were looking for in a house. It’s not the first time we have gone to SPI with such a large group, but every house before this one had some issue or another. This house was beyond words perfect! The owners were very responsive and quick to get back to me anytime I had a question. We have already decided we are going next year and staying there again.

Top notch and just like home!
When you are traveling from a far distance to a place you have never been and want to feel like you are home then this is the perfect place for you! The home was extrememly clean, well organized and comfortable! The home is filled with everything you need for entertaining, going to the beach and relaxing by the pool. The walk to the beach was a breeze and you are centrally located which makes it easy to got to restaurants and activities. After check out on our way to the airport our flight was cancelled and delayed for 2 days, I called to see of we were able to extend our stay and without hesitation they graciously extended our stay! By far the best experience I have had with any rental property! Thank you for making our trip so amazing and stressless!

Wonderful setup for families of teens
The downstairs game room with a large bedroom and living space was amazing for our teens to enjoy while the parents/adults could still quietly watch a movie upstairs. LOVED the large dining table with enough room to fit our entire group for our big family meals! Super convenient access to the beach with all the supplies you could need! Beds are also super comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Thanksgiving w/ the Family on the Island
This is one of the best rentals on the island! My wife and I have been coming to the island for a week in the summer and a week at Thanksgiving since 2011 and we have stayed in hotels, condos and private homes from Los Corales to the Sapphire. In all our trips, this was our best experience. The home was immaculately clean, and so well appointed/supplied that we did not need most of the items we typically bring. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, pan, mixing bowl, rice cooker, indoor grill, and everything you could need. It was high quality too, like what you would use at home and not usually supplied in a rental. The attention to detail was noticeable. We’ve stayed at places with game rooms before where the pool table was missing balls or the cues did not have tips or other items were missing rendering the amenities unusable and disappointing. Not here! Everything was ready for us in pristine condition and there was even a fresh piece of chalk for the dart scoreboard. There were so many beach chairs and other items supplied for us in the well organized garage that you could really accommodate everyone in your group. Wagons were supplied to carry your items the short way to the beach access conveniently located a few steps down the street. Finally, the owners and property managers were solicitous, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was the way we wanted. Beautiful clean house with comfortable beds. Can’t say enough!

Best Equipped Beach House!
My family of 16 stayed loved every moment of this beach house. It had everything we needed and more! Our toddlers had fun with beach/pool toys, the adults loved the pool/football table and darts. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and the different amenities. The hosts were very communicative throughout the whole booking. We will definitely stay at this beach house again!

One of the best rental's we've ever stayed in!
I've stayed in many rentals all over the country and I have to say, this rental home might be the best. I had high expectations just based on the reviews but this exceeded them. First off, my mom and I are clean freaks/germophobes and we were amazed at how clean the entire home was. Everything down to the baseboards, windowsills, and the platforms that the mattresses are on didnt have a speck of dust or dirt on them. Even the garage was spotless! Secondly, the surplus of beach chairs, 2 beach wagons, coolers, an umbrella, and an endless amount of beach/sand toys made our stay so much less of a hassle that we didnt have to bring any of that ourselves. The home was so big, all of the beds were so comfortable, the game room was so much fun to hang out in, and the pool was so much fun for night swims after the beach. We had one very minor issue with the tv and it was resolved immediately after I texted one of the reps. Other than that everything was perfect, no one in our group of 10 had a single complaint. We already agreed that when we go back to Padre, this is where we are staying! You can tell the owners of the property really care about their place and their visitors.

The amenities and location were great! The house had everything we needed. Only disappointment was the floor in the basement was dirty. We were very intentional about removing shoes in the garage yet our feet were visibly dirty when walking on basement floor and there were a few pieces of food stuck to the floor. I took pictures of food and dirty feet to share with the owner but I contacted them, they said it had been cleaned. Didn't seem worth my time to argue so we let it go. It's a pretty significant cleaning fee so I had higher expectations.

My family and i visit Padre every year, the previous years we always have some sort of issues with our rental property, but not this one! The house is massive and there is plenty of room for everyone! There wasn’t a single thing we needed that the home didn't have available. It’s conveniently a block away from the beach. We loved all of the bathrooms! I will say, be very careful on the stairs at the front door, they are tile and no-grip shoes slide easily. The views were beautiful! Loved the pool and the umbrellas were great for a break from the sun. I cannot brag on this property anymore! I hope to stay here again next year!

Overall it was a comfortable and clean home. It was close to the beach. There was plenty of room for my family of 16. Kids had fun in the game room, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing that I would change is that the pool was too warm during the day.
