Awesome townhome and fantastic owner
We absolutely loved our stay. Townhome was clean and very nice. Everything you need is in the kitchen! The swimming pool and patio is a great place to relax! We will definitely rent this again!

Nice property
We like staying in a place with a private pool and this fit the bill. First night was peaceful but the second night, one of the backyard neighbors shared the music until 2:00 am. The property listed a hot tub and grill but both were missing. Didn’t mind about the hot tub and we brought our portable grill.

Great location on South Padre
Wonderful condo within walking distance to the beach! Close to everything . Backyard pool was warm with nice patio. Pet friendly, the fenced yard was a plus! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime if we ever get to Padre again.

Clean and convenient- small upgrades would make it stellar!
The property was clean and provided everything we expected. We are appreciative! A few low cost upgrades would really put it even more ahead of the rest: 1. Upgrade TVs: unfortunately the weather wasn’t Beach perfect and we ended up at home often, we noticed the size of the tv, catch a couple on sale and you’d be set 2. On the same vine, wifi could be better 3. Replace blankets with done with no holes, some can be found at Costco for good prices 4. Just get rid of the fold up chairs, they were older and had some stains 5. Ensure there are full sets of plates, at least the number of the people the house can hold times two The pool was a great feature and we’re very appreciative!!

We loved the location with just a short walk to the beach and corner store. Also loved having a private fenced in back yard with a pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. Our family will definitely be back for another stay.

We go to SPI every summer and this has been the best VRBO we’ve stayed at for location and proximity to the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. Home was as expected and at this price point it met our expectations!

Beach Trip
House was what we expected for the price point and knowing it allows pets. We weren't paying ultra-luxury prices, so went into it with the appropriate level of expectations. That being said, it suited our needs just fine, and was plenty nice. We were going to SPI to spend time on the beach, not in the house. Anyone with the same expectations will be satisfied as well. There were 4 of us and our dog and the size was fine for us. Any more than that and it may feel a bit cramped if everyone is hanging out in the same area. My wife commented on the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. And my wife is a stickler for cleanliness, doesn't freely give out compliments unless truly impressed. So kudos to their cleaning crew. We had one little hiccup upon check-in, but property owner got it taken care of very quickly. He was very responsive. Location was nice. On a quieter street, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our 3 year old had no problem making the walk multiple times a day to the beach and back.

Five star home
Mr. Chavez is an exemplary host. The home offers all the necessities of home. The beach is half a block away. Convenience store on the other corner. Very ideal location . Ive stayed at otherr rentals to include the Sapphire, but this hands down is our family favorite. Hope Mr. Chavez will have us next summer! Thank you Mr. Chavez!!!

The property was clean and as advertised. There are some things that need updating due to wear and tear, hard water and salt in air. The pool lounge chairs also need to be replaced. There was an internet outage, and our AT&T service was not available for most of our stay. Had to use verizon hotspot for internet access. The owner was very responsive, which I appreciated. Our family enjoyed the beach, the closeness of the property to the beach and of course the private pool, where my young daughter learned how to do her first cannonball! We will definitely be back!

Location was great. Short walk to beach. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Only lacked a few things: need more trash bags (and ones that fit the kitchen trash can), more towels in bathrooms, and a coffee pot. The fold out bed in master needs to be replaced. Not comfortable at all and has missing boards. The pool was a plus and family enjoyed it when not at the beach!

Clean and comfortable nothing fancy. The 7th bed was a cot type bed located in the master bedroom closet. We did see a couple really large bugs inside. The pool and outside area was nice and large. The dinning/livingroom area was comfortable for our group 6 adults and 1 child.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were quite comfortable and the pool was very nice but a little cool this time of year but it was clean and quite private. One item that needs attention. The dishwasher needed to be better secured to the cabinet. When the door opened the dishwasher tipped into the kitchen. It needs a clamp. It would also have been nice to have some beach equipment provided such as chairs, a cart, etc. But it's not a big deal and it really didn't detract at all from our stay. Again everything was really great.
