Boasting the perfect blend of privacy within the three living spaces, yet still effortlessly allowing your group to mingle within the house or by the pool, this retreat is ideal for extended family to spend quality time with one another! Within 14 miles of your stay, be sure to pay a visit to the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, and the South Padre Island Golf Club together.

Back at your vacation home, palms and sunshine surround the home's private pool. When you aren't splashing amidst the turquoise water, relax on one of the loungers, or fire up the gas grill. Inside, a break from the sun can be relished under central air-conditioning. Lined by hardwood, the open-concept interior boasts three well-equipped kitchens, a large main living room, and multiple dining spaces.

Follow the home's charming nautical-themed mementos into each of the five bedrooms, lined with high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space. TVs adorn most of the bedrooms and a private washer/dryer ensures your swimsuits are always refreshed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
