We arrived at property after paying 800 for two rooms one was not ready at 6:05. Place was filthy by sister also had two rooms and one literally was not cleaned after the previous guest left

Started out horrible. Was scheduled for 4pm check in. Got there at 430 and none of room were ready for check in. Whole lobby full of people waiting for their rooms. Did not get to check in to room til after 5. According to review of hotel it was .7 miles to Lincoln Financial. Was not. It was a 50 minute walk. Offered shuttle to airport but nothing to stadium. Room was clean. But other then that stay was not what we expected.

I stayed for 3 days due to a flight cancellation. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. I loved the shampoo, conditioned and body cream (all Dove brand). The only thing I did not like was that the location was somehow remote, but I wanted a hotel close to the airport and with shuttle transportation included.

Hotel is clean and convenient to Wells Fargo and The Lincoln Financial field for sporting events and concerts. Diner across the street is convenient and food is awesome.

Unfortunately they charge for parking. A mistake was made upon my check in where an employee charged me double the Expedia rate! I had to speak to manager to get to the bottom of the problem as the night desk staff were not helpful. Leaving the hotel I was given the proper receipt and will be able to reconcile with my credit card company. Breakfast included would have been nice.

We arrive the day of a Zach Bryan concert. We arrived at 6 PM and had a total of four rooms. Check-in is at 4 PM. When we arrived only one room was available. After arguing the check in time they gave us All rooms. When we got to one of the rooms, it wasn’t even Cleaned yet. They did not seem concerned about my concerns.
