The room cleaning staff were friendly and hard working -- this was great. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. I did remote work via internet the whole week, and the Wi-Fi was speedy enough for video meetings, even during the evenings, with few, minor glitches.
For some reason, the room-key cards change codes every day. But they don't tell you this -- so you have to trudge back down to the lobby when your key does not work to get the new code programmed. One time they messed that up too, so a second lobby trip was needed before we could get into the room.
Breakfast was disappointing -- the menu changed very little during the week, and the scrambled eggs were what you expect in hospital food.
The pool water was too murky to chance a swim.
The area is not pedestrian friendly -- there are no sidewalks along the narrow, busy streets & highways. And no food in walking distance except for McD, Taco Bell and a couple of gas stations.
We probably got our money's worth, but there are nicer places nearby for a few dollars more, and they will be our choice if we visit again.
