Great place to stop for the night. Evening front desk staff at check in was really friendly. Same could not be said for the morning staff. Other than that, everything was exactly as we expected.

The check in process was so smooth. The gentleman at the front desk was one of the nicest front desk staff I’ve ever met at a hotel. The rooms were great and clean!

Room was clean. Staff was nice. My two suggestions are travel lotion to accompany the shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal packets for an additional breakfast option.

It was comfortable and the staff was very nice. Perfect for getting a nights sleep while traveling with a dog. The pet fee was very reasonable whereas some of the fancier hotels had ridiculous high fees.

I was truly surprised by how well run this hotel was. My room was clean, quiet and well appointed. I have had less successful experiences and paid twice as much, so I highly recommend Cottonwood.

The property was overall clean, however it was run down. You could see that things needed to be replaced. The bed wad HORRIBLE! It felt like laying on a piece of plywood. The staff was great. We ended up leaving after one night. Found somewhere for the remaining 2.

Not the worst but not worth the price
For an off-highway place, it wasn't too bad! The room's decor was pretty, and they have clearly been updating things. It was unfortunately one of those places where the more you look, the worse it gets. Just some issues for me that may not be a make-or-break necessarily for most: -the bed was quite hard and the sheets had either not been changed or they were just flipped over based on the hairs and flakes of skin I found near the foot of the bed. - there was a bug in the sink and a mosquito flying around in the room - hand smears on the wall by a light switch, - gunk in the bathroom door frame on the floor - dried snot on the bathroom wall - the main bedroom door was about 2 inches short so I stuffed a towel there so I felt safer and to block out light and sound
