On The Rocks is a very quaint cottage which could be referred to as your original beach house and is situated a short stroll to the beach's, town centre, golf course and the Country Club.

The beautifully presented cottage has 3 bedrooms with all linen supplied, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, split level dinning and lounge areas, 2 bathrooms, and a great secure yard and entertaining area

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a five minute walk of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

South West Rocks
The property was clean, apart from the chocolate wrappers under the main bed, no fan in the second bedroom which was very warm. Second bathroom could really do with a permanent shower head which would not be that hard to install. Also air conditioning for the humid weather in the area would not go astray. There were far too many keys (12) for a property that only needed 4. It was like trying for a treasure chest competition to get in.
