Restaurant service was good, however the manager guy needs to empower his staff to do their jobs independently to improve efficiency. Every time a meal came out with a member of his staff he would intercept and deliver to the tables...

I recently stayed at the Novotel South Wharf for business - attending a conference at the Convention Centre. It was the perfect location, and the hotel had everything I needed for the two days I was there. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.

Given that there was a massive event on at the convention centre, there were only 2 staff on at check in, and they obviously had to assist the current hotel guests questions, it took a while to check in for some patrons, but the staff were very professional

Accomodation was very good. Check in service and reception and concierge staff all lovely and friendly. Room service meal however was terrible. Basically inedible Bahn mi roll. Also although the restaurant was promoted as being open until 10pm, I couldn’t get a coffee at 9.30pm. Maybe advertised times need to be revised.

Amazing property, we have stayed here three times now and cannot fault the place. Staff were amazing and really accomodating. View of the city from the rooms is worth the money.
