Very dirty Carpets in the rooms are stinking Mouldy shower heads The tables were dirty in restaurant and it smells of chip fat. They charge £15 a curry which has come straight out of a microwave on to your table within minutes. We booked here to visit peppa pig world but wouldn’t book again. Room also smells like bad drains

Room was good, check in a little slower than ideal. Some areas of the hotel are in need of repair, cleanliness generally ok but lacking attention to detail in some areas. Breakfast was ok, suggest finding a solution to having plates warm as hot items get cold very quickly. Appreciate it was half term, but kids woke me up, screaming and running up and down the corridor in the early morning so did not sleep very well during my stay.

Hotel stay was ok for the night before our cruise but the whole room felt quite dated and stuffy. Bar tender was quite rude, not interested in providing great service, rather swearing and chatting with friends.

Nice property, lots of staff on hand. Very busy hotel, but quiet at night. Clean room, adequate storage space. Nice eating area with large selection of breakfast items. Not far from shops or places to eat. Very drivable to anything you may need. Wools stay here again

Reception staff really great, good check in. Car parking terrible, not enough spaces even though the car park was quite big. People smoking just outside of the doorway and cigarette ends littering the area, though ashtrays are visible, most people throw their cigarette ends on the floor. The area needs sweeping frequently, this is not a nice sight or one of the first impressions of the hotel…also not nice for non smokers to have to walk through plumes of smoke to get into the hotel. Good breakfast. Bedroom was ok but area around the beds was very tight. We had a twin, downstairs room with a shower which was convenient as one of our party had some issues around getting in a bath so it was good to have a shower cubicle.
