A compact room with wonderful views overlooking the harbor. Staff was polite and respectful. It was very quiet. I wouldn’t say that the location was convenient but it was pretty. We stayed here before a cruise and don’t regret it. The bed was comfortable and the included gin was a big hit with my partner.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at The Harbour Hotel. This included issues with rude reception staff, a dirty room and spa areas and dining issues where meat was served to us when we cannot eat it for religious reasons despite outlining this to staff.

The hotel customer service was top notch. The rooms were clean, but could use updating. I would recommend.. do not get a unit on the 4th floor there are no lifts and the stairs are steep, but the view is awesome.
