Salem hotels have gotten so expensive it’s nice to find an affordable place to crash for a night. We’ve stayed here twice now and enjoyed the experience each time. Keep in mind you get what you pay for but we’re just normal folks so this works perfectly for when we come to town!

A good stay just a bad decision to order DoorDash
It was a good day and the hotel front desk was very kind on two×1 for taking back my luggage rack and the other time they gave my husband plasticware because the DoorDash guy when he delivered our food forgot to give us plasticware and napkins .

Overall the stay was ok. It was a last minute booking while traveling the I-5. It’s centrally located and easy to navigate. Beware, there are no stairs so if you cannot take your stuff up 2 flights of stairs, call ahead. There is limited lighting outside. It was hard to see the driveway to the building. The bathroom had what appeared to be black mold on the curling and shower was stained. This is definitely a budget hotel so if you are expecting something nice, don’t book here.

The girl at the front desk was sweet, but their computer system waa down and chexk on was a pain. There were people smoking meth in the parking lot as well.

It is an older place. The mattress needs to be replaced. I was shocked that no shampoo, conditioner or soap was supplied. Thank goodness I travel a lot and carry with me. I don’t think I would stay here in the future.

While it may be a little dated, this is a nice hotel with friendly and awesome staff. Limited breakfast options, but Starbucks is within walking distance. Overall, a good value for the money. Again, all the staff is awesome.
