Recently renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo in Lakeview Condos! New hardwood floors and both bathrooms have been updated. Well stocked kitchen with all amenities, and a washer/dryer. Ground level condo, with a charming lake view from the back deck. Great space to relax away from it all. Only 2.2 miles away from the Village of Pinehurst. Access to the community pool! Parking is first come, first serve.
Unit has both a standard drip coffee maker and a keurig.

Perfect stay!
The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, and well appointed. I appreciated how clearly all information was communicated and that the unit also has important information on display. A very nice touch was the access to television streaming services. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a 2 bath, 2 bedroom water front condo in Pinehurst!

Great rental for spending time in the Pinehurst Area. 1st floor unit so minimal stairs. Had everything needed for stay. Issue with sink in master bathroom taken care of pretty quickly. No other issues. Would rent again.

The location of the condo is excellent. Close to many good restaurants and the shops in the village. Excellent for golfers. The lake view was pretty and enjoyed. The condo does need more cleaning as found a dead roach on the floor by the sliding glass doors near the back balcony.

Great week. Need a bi of housekeeping and equipment maintenance before guests check in. (Lamps inoperative, and some cleaning needed). Otherwise we loved the unit and the location.

Comfortable and great location near Pinehurst golf courses. The unit is near the pool and has a pretty view from the back patio. Some minor details need addressing like proper curtain/blind size for the windows and having a WiFi that works. The property management team was very responsive.

Overall, the property was very nice, convenient and perfect for two golfers. Some small things need to be addressed, door stops, directions for the shower, tub did not drain, no soap. Nothing big, just a few small items that would enhance the experience.

Bed is small by todays standards and the "topper" that try's to expand or cover for old mattress is not so enjoyable. Know the room would struggle with King size bed, but see we are not only ones to have bed size complaint.

Mostly everything we needed. Beds were smaller than expected but there are two so we just slept separately. When the upstairs is occupied, the ceiling/floor really creaked. Only really affected us at night when sleeping since we were gone during the day. Great neighborhood and the lake and fountain very relaxing.
