When we checked in they gave a room that was already occupied and we walked into their room with their belonging in it- it took around 30 minutes to check in and handle the confusion of rooms. We felt a unsafe since we watched as another person come down and say their room key wasn’t working and the lady at the front desk didn’t even verify he was the actual person who was in that room. Elevator sounds horrible and as if was going to break down.

The staff was great. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. But... The premises were not in good shape. The laminate on the bathroom door was peeling off - probably because there's no vent in there. The elevator made a lot of noise and was dirty. The lights in the bedroom were all very bright no soft or low light to leave on for middle of the night bathroom visits. Chipped paint on bathroom walls. The coffee downstairs at the breakfast area was good but the in-room coffee sucked.
