Note: Attention to detail is everything!
The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful after requesting not to be close to pool or elevator prior to my booking that is exactly where I was. They accommodated me by giving me another room however the room’s toilet didn’t flush properly; the private door lock was broken and although we were there five days our room didn’t get cleaned until two days after asking which was the night before checkout. The breakfast was average but the location was convenient and appeared safe. The room was spacious, the bed was okay and the cleanliness of the room and hotel was okay.

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The property itself was beautiful, surrounded by trees and had a very nice pool, hot tub, basketball court and inviting courtyard. I would stay here again.

The place was pretty clean, had some issues with the room door unlocking, but the room was decent. The breakfast was delicious. There was lots of parking and the area was well lit.

Nice little stay
This is a very nice hotel in a great area. There is so much around to see & do. The only downside was it said a queen size bed which it isn’t (full size) and the dishwasher was broke, but it was like staying in a little apartment. The pool was really nice

Desk reception worker better than manager.
Has a nice courtyard with a basketball goal and tennis or pickleball has grill has plenty of seating area nice outdoor area nice pool but my issue came that I called and asked if they're outdoor jacuzzi was currently working before I meet a reservations being that this hotel was more cost than another competitor I was going to go to but I was told confidently that it was working so I booked the room I get there the room wasn't available so they made a upgrade to the next size room which was very nice of her I cannot remember the lady's name that she was a black lady I think her name was Linda or something but after being there I went to get into jacuzzi which was the main reason I picked this place and it was cold and not working she called her boss I was given a reason I told her that I was very disappointed and I express my concern about my disappointment and she was very apologetic she couldn't believe it she felt bad and she told me and showed me where she made notes of it told her boss she said her boss would be in touch with me before I check out I appreciated her effort I told her that I'd be waiting to see what came out of it because I felt like I was very let down by the experience overall. I get up phone never rings I see the boss walking in the hallway she just said hi and kept going she never left a note she never called she never did anything so that right there tells me that I will take my business elsewhere next time I come into town.
