horrible experience. canceled reservation
I was unable to access the property; the app provided did not work. The instruction were not accurate. i message the property manager and called multiple times reporting the problem. I was told the app would work upon arrival but it did not. I canceled while on the phone with the property manager who was unable to resolve the problem. Horrible service and experience. i was in town for college graduation and many of the hotels were booked. I will not recommend vrbo

It was perfect for our short stay. The kids loved the pool. The gym was fantastic for my wife and I. The location on the property is amazing in relation to the pool and the gym as well. We would definitely stay again!

Mayo Clinic patient
Apartment was just like pictures/ nothing more or less/ Couch was uncomfortable. Dining room furniture was uncomfortable. Bedroom was nice and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was sufficient. check in was miserable. Decor was pleasant and bed was very comfortable. Al and all it worked for us because of convenience for Mayo clinic.

carpet had nasty stains. Toilet was wobbly and did not flush properly. Exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. Bulb burnt out @ vanity. Dryer exhaust is not connected . August smart lock was aggervating , I had to stand @ the door waiting for wi fi to connect if you would happen to lose your phone you could'nt get in your apt.. patio was filthy. The living room seating was very uncomfortable, could not enjoy lounging with the family .There was no complementary shampoo or soap [ you get that at a hotel] .When we came back at the end of the day there were no parking spots.It would be nice to know if there was a game room. We have used vrbo several times in the past couple of years and have been very pleased . this trip was very disappointing trip

Family visit
I stayed here with my son's in-laws as we visited our married children who live close by. We were very pleased with everything at the location and plan to stay there again for similar family gatherings. One minor point, the Keruig coffee maker did not work, but we addressed this with the host who was very responsive.

Best place to stay while in Jacksonville
So easy to book. Directions to get there and go check in and how to access electric lock , very helpful. The area is safe. The place was so clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was right next to the place. Everything in the place is up to date.

Fantastic Gem Near Everything
I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. My granddaughter loved it and wants us to stay there again. I would recommend that they air filter be changed. The utensils in the kitchen were a little dusty. So, I washed them before using them. The back lanai needed to be swept. I would suggest adding a mixer to the kitchen and garbage bags. The trash can was broken. There was a swiffer mop but no pads. Other than a few housekeeping things, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place Unprofessional Management
Pros…The actual condo was lovely. I loved the layout and the decor was well appointed. Cons…. After driving for two long days. I had not heard from the management company about check in procedures so I called them around 1 pm for info for our 3 pm check in. The lady who answered the phone said, ‘Hello.’ Instead of the expected, ‘PKD management this is so and so. How may I help you?’ I explained my dilemma and she said she would email the check in information which included an app for me to download and an invite to access entry into the condo. I checked my email repeatedly and had not received anything. I called back around 3 pm and my call went to voicemail. I left a message and called VRBO customer service, explained the situation and then the VRBO representative tried to contact the management company. She also went straight to voicemail. The VRBO rep called back a few minutes later and was able to reach someone. They finally sent out the check in procedure at 3:29 pm which included a lie that said they were having maintenance done and the water had been shut off effecting their communication and my check in time would be delayed until 4 pm. The representative from PKD Management who was on the phone with the VRBO rep and me said ‘no that was not true, the 3 pm check in was still possible.’ It was after 3:30 by then. When we arrived, there were two addresses listed. Of course, we went to the first one which was wrong…further delaying our entry into the unit.

This was a wonderful vacation. I will definitely stay here again it was family friendly, pool was a few steps from us. It was clean no issues our host kept me informed and made sure we were satisfied. If your ever in Jacksonville this is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect Setting for Family Stay
We were in town for a track meet at nearby UNF. The accommodations comfortably slept our 4 guests and the location was very convenient. There were some minor things that were broken or not working, but those did not impact our stay. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great place
This was a great getaway for our family. The place felt like a 2nd home to us, nice and comfy and the swimming pool was behind our place and not to far from the gate. Down side was parking at night, hard to find a parking spot. But all else was awesome. And thr host did an excellent job with communication. Thanks all for everything.

Great Location
We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was close to the beaches, nice shopping, and downtown. The property was nice with a nice pool and lake to walk around. We used all the beds and never felt cramped.
