Walkable to Disney. Hot tub was not hot. Cleaned the rooms, but always had to go to office for wash cloths or toilet paper bc they didn’t restock.

The room itself was okay nothing special about it but the only problem is that it had a scent of candle wax that wouldn’t seem to go away. The towels were stained brown as well

Check in was easy but once we got into the room the toilet over flooded everyday. We talked to the front desk and they didn’t help much but give us a pluggger but said house keeping would clean up the mess. They didn’t take action right away even tho the toilet water was everywhere. Never again will we stay here

The shower head was corroded and the air conditioner looked moldy as well. I was concerned for my health well being and that of my family. I was definitely fooled by the pictures.

It was a decent walk to the park, and a place to sleep. Nothing more, nothing less. Don’t expect much here. Property manager or whoever the guy was very aggressive during check in. No soap is provided for any hand washing. Parking is free ONLY during your stay. Tried asking if we can stay parked with only 4 cars in the parking lot until 3pm. $30! Not again. Saw this hotel on TikTok, gave it the benefit doubt. Never again. Going back to my usual hotel with FREE Parking and same distance.

This is a new hotel across the street from downtown Disney parking very convenient reasonably priced they have refrigerator and a microwave in the room. And an added plus is that the rooms are huge. I stayed here at least four times now.

Took a moment for the desk agent to greet us and start the check in process. Took them several attempts to get their card reader working. Was not offered hotel WiFi on check in. Lack luster water pressure in the shower as well as hot equaled cold and cold equaled hot.
