Well so the last 3 times we have been there my remote for the TV don't work my room was gross I had the jacuzzi room the jacuzzi was nasty I fill it up and it let some nasty dirty bubbles it was just gross and I said something to one of the workers he blow me off and the manager was so rude to

Expedia should be ashamed of listing this place. Vagrants roaming everywhere. Facility was completely unsecured. Halls were dark and filthy. Strong urine smell. Just nasty. Walked in the room and the smell was unbearable. The tv was on. There were no linens on the bed. Carpet was filthy. Didn’t bother looking at the bathroom. Turned right around and left. I have never left a bad review in my life but this place is indescribably bad. Couldn’t let it go. The only good thing was the guy at the desk was very polite and apologetic. Filled out a paper for a refund but not going to hold my breath. Went back to the car and people were already hanging around casing it out. I still plan on contacting experia and possibly motel 6 corporate. Just unbelievable.

I made a reservation for me and one of my kids for a deluxe room so it would have a refrigerator and microwave. When I checked in we were went to a room that was dirty or was already in use. When I was put in another room it was not the deluxe room that I had paid for. The lady at the front desk was very nice and said I would get a refund for what I paid for but didn’t get. Have not gotten it yet but it is the weekend. The next day we had went to get some food and came back and was locked out of our room and when we got our key activated again a lady came by the room and said the room was not rented out. We had to get our key activated every day after that. My wife did not feel safe in the room at night. The room was pretty clean but the rest of the hotel was not.

The hallways seem like the start of a scary movie but the moment we opened the door to our room we were so happy. It was clean and neat. It was perfection! Couldn’t ask for a better pit stop
