Quick check in and the attendant was happy to move our room to be close to our family who was staying for a convention The pool was murky and green. The pool was big and well ventilated for an indoor pool. Bad cigarette smell and lack of interest changed our dinner plans at rosies cafe It was nearly empty but said it was 30 min wait in the smoke.. We left

The rooms were nice. We had a problem with the batroom sink draining and the fixed it within the hour. We did not get our room cleaned the 3 days we were the which we thought was odd. But we didn't ask about it either.

The staff was amazing but the property needs some update, lobby/entrance and around the casino smelled like 💩, breath and over all bad smell. The hallways are super hot and needs air conditioner. Our room was hot even with the air conditioner on, I had 2 rooms and one of the refrigerator didn't work and stank. Food was average and to go was a waste as the food was cold when they handled it to you and no microwave which was a lot of wasteful food.

We asked for fresh towels early Saturday before we left for the day and to please tidy up our room. We got back and there was nothing done. We called and they told us it had been done. Didn’t want to believe that we were not kidding. Terrible customer service
