The Luxury modern home with pool

We are family a oriented neighborhood, no parties, no excessive behavior. Cameras are on outside property for safety insurance purposes . Sensors Are through out windows and doors . Indoor Garage parking is Not for Use . Also boil room is locked not for use which is located in basement.

CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER THEIR PARENTS SUPERVISON .
NO PETS ALLOWED due to High risk/health concerns allergies .

Located in New Jerseys beautiful Sprata Township you have a wide array of activities and outing less than an 30 minutes away. Beautiful scenery and an amazing locations like Mohawk lake await for you in Sparta. Sparta Township is a thriving community situated in rural Sussex County, New Jersey approximately 48miles northwest of New York City. Sparta covers more than 38 square miles with rolling hills, beautiful lakes, picturesque farms, and inviting residential developments.
Sparta has 11 private lake communities; the largest of which is Lake Mohawk. The Lake Mohawk Boardwalk and Plaza are listed on the State and National Historic Registers, also a great place if your interested in getting married at sky view golf club or the Perona farms ,rock Island lake club, & many more golf clubs in area. Farmstead Golf & Country Club 8 min away

Amenities :grill is 100 dollars per stay please clean after use.
Fire place outside gazebo five dollars each log please request before you stay if use, I will charge you for each log use .

⁃ Private Gated swimming Pool that is from 3 feet to 9feet deep please bring own pool towels for the 6 tanning chairs that are located by pool . Heated pool comes with the fee of 200 dollars for 3 hours a day because it runs on propane and can be expensive . please shut off after use or will be charged extra . Firewood logs cost five dollars each log .
⁃ Safety features throughout the whole .
Basement will have hockey table, pool table, basketball hoop, TV couch and the spare room along with the laundry room.

1. No food or drinks on the couches and please take shoes off when seating in family room .
2. After using outdoor/pool towels please place inside laundry room. Do not use bathroom towels for pool area or clean up house hold .
3. Please dry up before entering inside home.
4. No loud music or noise after 8:30 pm outside please. No parties allowed.
5. Please wash the dishes and put away after use & leave counters clean if used oven please slightly wipe off any grease that spills behind .
6. Please clean grill after use and wash grill utensils.
7. No glass around pool area.
8. No smoking/vaping inside home.
9. Please don’t leave food outside due to wildlife animals that come out at night.
10. Floors throughout home are porcelain so can be very slippery when wet, please proceed with caution.
11. Please recycle all garbage and leave by underneath deck .
This is my home, please treat it as you would your own.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check out before 10:00 AM
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash on Mondays- Tuesdays are recycle and Thursdays is trash again 9 AM please always leave bins underneath the deck due to wildlife.
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Turn off all lights
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

To ensure clarity for your guests, you could add this to your house rules or rental agreement:

"Please note, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind at the property. Guests are encouraged to double-check for any items before departure."
