The property was ok. Not the most updated but I knew what I was paying for. When we got there, there was a group of people in the back corner of the parking lot, grilling out and drinking. I went out to my car at one point and one of the drunk men persisted to call out to me, approached me, even had one of his friends come over. He harassed me and made me feel unsafe. He wanted to come to my room. I told him no multiple times and went back to my room and stayed inside the rest of the night, with the door locked. I was traveling with my 3 kids and I was afraid to say something to the front desk and cause a scene. I just tried to blow it off, but it made me feel very uncomfortable.

Quality inn had bedbugs
Checked in and when we got to the room we immediately saw bedbugs. Went to the front desk and told them we are canceling the stay and we will go to another hotel. A week later and they’re still holding my money. Not very happy with so called quality inn

Needs a good cleaning
We stayed at a quality inn in Spartanburg. The service was great however the hotel needs a good cleaning. I had to go to the store and get clorox wipes to clean our room.

Been here before but not anymore
We’ve stayed here multiple times before & haven’t had any problem. It’s a convenient location for what we need, comfortable, affordable. It’s a mediocre place. After this stay we won’t be back. Bathroom was gross, shorted on towels, front desk was hanging out on the couch half the time & our non smoking hallway smelled like pot.

This property was very dirty. I was traveling with my disabled parent. I had three different rooms all nasty. I finally had to use my Clorox wipes to clean the tub which had a ring in the bathtub. The floor was cleaned by me using Clorox wipes. The mirror had toothpaste spots from someone brushing their teeth. Management apologized the next morning and gave me a partial credit but didn’t give me credit for the other room. I will never stay here again

Location was convenient and bed was comfortable, but sheets were stained and room was dirty. Fridge was nice and roomy but shelving was dry rotted and it leaked. The fan in the bathroom was extra loud and always came on when you turned on the light. Would not stay there again.

Don’t waste your money here. Find another hotel.
Hotel is disgusting. Asked for first floor got 3rd. Entire hotel smelled terrible. Room was even worse. Air didn’t work. King bed room was like sleeping on a board. Tile work in bathroom appeared fairly new but was done by a child. Floor was stained and had hairs in tub. Only had 2 towels. Kleenex box was empty. Carpeting room was disgusting and dirty. I never took my shoes off. Someone set off fire alarm at 9pm so ppl had to evacuate and fire dept showed up. Had to wait for a manager to come to shut off alarm. Went on forever. Had we not prepaid and I couldn’t cancel or I would have never stayed. Nasty.
