Good service and clean rooms. But could not figure out how to utilize the restaurants. They did not have menus out so we could decide if we wanted to sit down. So we went off site for diner.

Property was nice, but not $265 per night Marriott type property. Hallway carpet, furniture in the right I'm were very dated and unattractive. Restaurants were sub par for a Marriott. Overall property needs updated and refreshed.

One of Front dest staff is very kind but the other day's staff is not kind. Coffee maker is not clean. So, i don'There were mosquitoes and bugs crawling around in the bathroom, and there was no desk light on the desk, which made it inconvenient to work.t use it.

Overall very beautiful facilities. The tub wouldn't hold water very long and needs refilled every 5-6 minutes. The entire 7th floor hallway needs a new rug and the wallpaper is peeling in multiple locations.

For the amount of money this property charges you would think the ammenities that a guest is paying a higher amount for would be in working condition. I have stayed at this property several times over the last few years and have noticed sauna is always down and pool is often out of service.
