Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC/heat, WiFi, washing machine/dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand sanitizer & hair dryer. Complimentary snacks & drinks & TV are provided in the bedroom. Shared fully equipped kitchen with coffee station and breakfast snacks, formal living room & dining room, covered deck with large TV & stereo, seating, bbq grill & dining. The condo is a shared space with the owner, but your private quarters are separate and your privacy is very much respected. Light cigarette smoking is allowed. Host on the premises is a polite light smoker. A professional ionizer machine to limit any smoke smell is available.
