This BNB option was quite spacious. There was an accommodating kitchen, a large living room, two large bedrooms, and a fairly large bathroom. The area around Spearfish is quite beautiful. This accommodation is in a quiet residential area. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The accommodation we had was in the second floor of the house. It might be difficult to access for those with mobility limitations. The beds were quite comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

The cottage was decorated so cute. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We visit family and friends in Spearfish often and will be repeat guests at Orchard Creek cottages for sure.

Great stay overall. Perfect for one person. Pillow protectors need to be washed though as they were very stained and odored so I removed them. I mentioned this to the host and got a generic answer so I hope it happens.

Absolutely great! Beautiful little cottages, very comfy, clean. Love the decor, nice neighborhood So nice to stay in a "normal" area than in a typical hotel setting, and having more privacy than in a hotel setting, in the same price range Will definitely stay here again!!

Great Place to Stay!
We stayed in the apartment above the house. It was very comfortable and clean. The decor is very cute! The full size washer and dryer were nice to have right in the unit. The communication by the management was excellent! We had no problems locating or accessing entry to the apartment. The location is wonderful! We could walk most places. We were in town for BHSU Family Weekend and it was close to the campus. We had a very nice stay! Thanks so much to the property owners. We will definitely stay there again.

These “cottages” are square buildings sitting side by side (very close) in a residential neighborhood. The outside area was non welcoming and no where to sit. The inside had a window unit air conditioner AND a “stove” in the bedroom area - and a large floor unit in kitchen area that vented out through the window. The bathroom was very small and sink area tiny.

2nd time we have stayed here. Great little cabins, nice quiet neighborhood, good area to walk the dogs around after a day of travel. Close to downtown and food.

This place is great. We had the upstairs of an old house that had a comfy comfy TV room, real bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and spacious bath WITH washer and dryer. Communication from/with the property manager was quick and easy. And wish I'd caught the name of their mattresses. I'd still be in one of those beds had there not been adulting to get back to. Beyond comfortable. The unit we had had steep stairs (check on this if this is an issue), but the cabins surrounding are ground level, stand alone units. This is a great place for lots of things. But super nice to get out of the crush of tourism and have a quiet refuge. I'd come back here just for a Think Week or something. It'd be super nice for an artist retreat or the like too. The location is a couple blocks from the downtown strip that has a nice brew pub, a couple restaurants, and at least one great little coffee shop. It is backed by a lovely park. It is also easy access for Section 2 of the BDR and the college there.
