The location of this hotel is great! However, the interior of the hotel has a musty odor. The bathroom in the room smells nasty.

Poor business ethics
This hotel should be avoided due to poor business ethics. When I booked the hotel it was not clear check-in closes at 7.30pm (I booked at 6.45pm and was 2 hours away). On arrival the person on the intercom told me my reservation must be somewhere else as they were closed and put the phone down on my. They then refused a refund, extremely poor business ethics. A 10/11pm check-in closure would be one thing, an most hotels would call to see if you are going to miss it. These people did nothing.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Hotel liegt super. Personal sehr nett. Vielleicht sollte die Hotelgruppe das Konzept mit dem Reinigen der Zimmer überdenken.

Leider hat das mit der Abrechnung nicht funktioniert. Als ich ankam wurde ich gefragt ob ich in bar oder mit Karte bezahlen wollte, ich hatte das dann in Bar bezahlt. Später hat sich herausgestellt, dass meinem Bekannten das auch noch von seiner Kreditkarte abgezogen wurde. Leider bin ich schon zurück in Rumänien. Aber das gefällt mir gar nicht.

Keine Ladestation aber im Buchungssystem angegeben
Beim Buchen war eine Ladestation für E Autos angegeb. Das Hotel hat nicht mal einen eigenem Parkplatz. Auch nicht zum Be oder Entladen. Man muss auf einem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Es gab auch keinen Schreibtisch. Die Bilder wirken aber so als könne man als Business Reisender auch kurz mal arbeiten.

Unterdurchschnittlich
Superfreundlicher Service an Empfang und Bar. Glückwunsch zu diesem hochmotivierten und gut agierendem Mitarbeiter. Leider war es das auch schon. Das Zimmer roch sehr streng nach Abflussrohr, ein Zimmerwechsel war auf Grund der Buchungslage nicht möglich. Es wurde Raumspray angeboten, was jedoch nicht wirklich geholfen hat,also musste rund um die Uhr das winzige Fenster geöffnet bleiben. TV-Empfang war nicht möglich, auch nicht im Nachbarzimmer, der Verweis auf die Möglichkeit per Tablet zu fernsehen war zwar nett, aber ebenfalls nicht möglich. Das der Handtuchwechsel nicht täglich erfolgt ist okay, jedoch dass der Rommservice noch nicht einmal Abfall und benutzte Kaffeetassen wegräumt aus den Zimmern ist überraschend. Einziger Lichtblick in diesem Haus bleibt der junge Mensch am Rezeptionstresen.

Super Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Dom entfernt, Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und reichlich. Zimmer war sauber, Badezimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das die Sender im TV nicht gingen, war mir persönlich egal, da diverse Apps funktionieren. Alles in Allem ein gelungen und angenehmer Aufenthalt.
