I have stayed here twice in the last month with my family. all of the staff was great. I was traveling with my son and six grandchildren and we stayed in one of the suite both times. Everyone made us feel very welcome and make sure we have everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved being able to swim, have lots of space in our room, and have a great breakfast before we had to leave. Thank you to all of the staff here, we appreciate you.

Check in was quick after a long and frustrating day. Rooms were clean and nice (a little warm that had to be adjusted with using the A/C in December). Nice breakfast as well.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. Nice pool on lower level. We ended up extending our stay a couple days and would definitely come back.

Unfortunately was disappointed
The hot tub was out of order, which was the whole reason we picked this hotel. The shower water was barely warm, the tub drain was clogged and there was sticky stuff in the tile in the entrance. The curtains have some kind of water stain on them and there was pet fur on the door in the bathroom.

This property is in a nice location by the hospital and a nice distance from the airport. The room was a little outdated and dirty. The staff were so friendly.

Advertised as 'pet friendly'. But that means only dogs, not cats. If we had known that 'pet friendly' did not include cats in a carrier, we would have gone elsewhere
