The staff was very accommodating for my ADA needs. The pool and hot tub were a welcome sight. Planned to use the next morning. However, hot tub was being cleaned from 7:30 to 4 pm. Maintenance should be done during the pool closed hours at night. Very disappointing.

Overall, it was okay. But the staff was fighting with a client for a bunch of problems so it kinda put an edge to the start of my stay, room was nice but common area smelt bad, and there was lots of people sleeping in cars and acting weird which made me worried about my car getting broken into. I think I will just pay the extra 20-50 next time for a nicer place.

Kindness .... Not here!
My boyfriend does gig work, so we never really know how long we're going to be in 1 spot, so we book our rooms daily. But every time we did this, even though the room is booked, paid for and already has our card and ID on file, we were treated with anger and threats if we didn't get to the front desk by 11am to "check-in" then this morning my bf's phone wasn't working and he had to stay late. So even though I was able to take care of the booking and pay, I was told I must leave the property and was on a no trespassing list. And if I didn't leave the property immediately that they would call the police. I can understand if I was causing problems or wouldn't get out of the room, but I was just sitting outside in the rain with all of my belongings that I would not be able to carry myself, waiting to be picked up! They had no empathy or sympathy at all for my situation! I didn't want to be there like that either!

The bathroom had paint and calking peeling from the tub and mold in the corners and seams of the shower wall, there was old food from the previous people in the nightstand drawer and a sock under the bed. The tub amd sink didnt want to drain so you had to deal with standing water gathering around your ankles and the bed was well more than worn in if you know whay I mean.... The truly astonishing part was coming out of our room we had the pleasure of watching the front desk lady let herself into room by room making her way up the hall... what shs was doing I have no idea but she certainly spent a good 10-15 minutes in each room before moving on to the next one.

It was a nice surprise that breakfast at Denny's was included within the price. Great place to stay for a quick overnight trip as we were travelling through Spokane. However, room 160 there were 13 channels locked by a previous guest where hotel staff did not know how to fix. They did offer for us to change rooms as an accommodation to this problem.

I enjoyed the option of a free breakfast from Denny’s that was right next door to the hotel. I didn’t like the noise by my room. There were several kids and just very noisy. The hotel was pleasant and very reasonable.

I really enjoyed the variety activities even within their small establishment. They had foozball in the breakfast room, a small fitness room and a pool as well as hot tub. It was very clean and orderly.
