Was shocked when got to the hotel due to pictures were very deceiving ! Looked clean inside and out - room was nasty , breakfast area was not even worth trying to eat due to how dirty the whole hotel was ! Very disappointed! The staff was friendly but unfortunately when the bathroom had hairs in the tub and floor ! And just seemed like had not been taken care of for a long time ! Needs deep cleaned and up keep !

This hotel is not clean. We stayed two nights and the stairs were never cleaned of old food and debris. Dead dried frog in door jam. All refreshment vending machines out of order. Sink in our room leaked water from pipe we had to put ice bucket under to catch water. Our room phone did not work but they did replace it. I feel like I got roped off and scammed out of money on this joint. The staff was friendly.

We entered our first room to find yogurt, colored pencils, and candy wrappers under the bed and near the window. The front desk was friendly and helpful, so we entered a second room to find dirty socks under the bed and the room had not been vacuumed. Again, the front desk was very friendly and helpful and upgraded our room to a family suite. Upon entering that room we found fast food wrappers and other garbage under the beds, a sock and a necklace hanging in the bathroom, as well as a sock and more garbage stuffed in the sleeper couch. The curtain in the last room was broken and hanging by one clip. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was absolutely horrible. Their breakfast was limited but good. Their pool was ok for kids to swim, but the hot tub was barely warm, less that bath water and the jets did not work. We will not be returning to this property.

The rooms were average. We ended up switching rooms because the first one had an odor. The service was great just the property was poor. Jets didnt work in the hot tub and it was peeling/chipping. Stairwells were really dirty. The service and staff were the highlight.
