This is about a simple and functionally furnished vacation home, which offers enough space for up to 7 people with a pet. Here you can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room, spend relaxing hours with family or friends, as well as have dinner together or prepare special relaxation and rest. Moreover, you have access to a terrace and a balcony, so you can also spend time outdoors.

This is also a good starting point to visit the entire Levante area with its countless villages and by sea the world famous Cinque Terre.
You are about 2km from the center of Spotorno (Savona) and only 650 meters from the long beaches of the Ligurian Riviera. The old coastal village of Spotorno is rich in boutiques, restaurants and numerous outdoor activities, including sailing, windsurfing, paragliding, canoeing and snorkeling at Bergeggi Island (2km). Varigotti, the pearl of Western Liguria with the Baia dei Saraceni and the village overlooking the sea, is only 10 minutes drive away. Between Spotorno and Finale Ligure is the Manie Plateau - an agricultural area with great wine value - ideal for picnics among meadows, caves and with magnificent views of the sea. From here you can reach the San Romolo Natural Park (100 km from the accommodation), where educational and naturalistic activities are organized for children and families. Particularly interesting and original are the stargazing and night bird watching in the late evening.

Beschreibung und Realität passen nicht
Check in erfolgt ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Alles läuft über WhatsApp, falls man das verwendet. In Englisch, Deutsch Fehlanzeige. WLAN, Fernsehen die Hälfte der Lampen undWhirpoolfunkton der Badewanne funktioniert nicht. Begehbarer Kleiderschrank ohne Licht. Bei Benutzung des Backofens fliegt der FI raus. Gastherme streikt immer mal wieder. Balkon ist so klein,dass nur 2 Stühle draufpassen. Die Terrasse verdient den Namen nicht. Reklamation per WhatsApp hat nicht funktioniert, weil der Eigentümer nicht greifbar war. Wir sollen beim Anbieter, nach unserer Rückkehr, einen Teil der Miete zurückfordern. Dieser gibt an wir hätten uns direkt beschweren sollen. Ausgang offen. Wie die Wohnung für 7Personen funktionieren soll (Tisch und 6 Stühle) 6x Teller, Besteck...kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Wir waren zum Glück nur 5 Personen. Toiletten verlieren ständig Wasser wodurch sich der Spülkasten lautstark alle 50 Sekunden wieder befüllt. Tag und Nacht. Die Schalter im Haus müssen experimentell aus ihre Funktion hin geprüft werden. Ein Schalter macht die Garage, mit automatischem Garagentor, stromlos. Auto war eingesperrt bis man zufälligerweise wieder den Scahlter für den Garagenstrom findet. Positiv ist die Lage und die Sauberkeit zu erwähnen.
