"The walls were a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors easily, but the hotel was clean and well maintained. Also, breakfast was delicious and I felt safe."

"Front Desk was very nice and friendly. They even extended our check out time by one hour. The rooms don't have a mini fridge or microwave, so you may want to bring a cooler. The front desk had a Styrofoam one available, that they let us use. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but otherwise the place was great, well priced, close to everything you would want to experience in Spring Hill. Buccaneer Bay is right across the street. Sadly the Spring was not open, but Rogers Park is a short beautiful drive away. I would recommend Motel 6 and make sure to get breakfast at The Breakfast Station!!!"

"Waterfront property. Was nice to have kayak launch but weather was bad, so no one was at kayak rentals. Room was tiny, but very well thought."

"The hotel is definitely older but it is a well kept facility that appears to have went through fairly recent renovations. The rooms are fairly spacious with tall 10 ft ceilings. Staff was perfectly nice and helpful. A decent place to take a family. The continental breakfast was reasonably good and definitely adds some value. I would not call it a 3 star hotel but would not call it a two star either. I would recommend just don't expect Holiday Inn level accomadations. A bit above average of an experience and for the price it is quite reasonable of a deal."
