Convenient location. Easy to access park and food options. Hotel did not have onsite dining during our stay but the restaurant was under construction. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nicely furnished. The big plus was the the large closet to store our luggages so they’re out of the way.

When you book a specific type room anything less I feel cheated. Booked a room with a sofa and bed and got a room with a bed, no place to sit other than bed. Also room was not ready until an hour after check in Tim although I was there an hour early. Felt this was bait and switch. Will try to avoid Marriott properties going forward.

L’accoglienza è stata gradevole, la stanza elegante, ben arredata e perfettamente pulita e profumata oltreché grande (Alloggiavamo in una suite). La zona è tranquilla, il parcheggio ampio e gratuito, ed è pieno di locali, bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. A 3 minuti a piedi, inoltre, si trova la fermata dello shuttle per raggiungere l’interno dello Zion National Park ed un comodo rent di biciclette, dico questo, perché gran parte dell’anno il parco rimane chiuso alla percorrenza in auto privata, dunque si è obbligati ad usufruire del servizio di navette (Gratuito) o percorrerlo a piedi/in bicicletta. Piccola nota negativa, le camere ravvicinate ed i corridoi esterni (pavimento in assi di legno) non ci hanno permesso di dormire tranquilli, alle 5:30 della mattina c’era già un grandissimo rumore di valige che scorrono sopra le assi di legno e per forza di cose ti svegli, anche avendo un sonno pesante. Sarebbe ottimale avvisare gli ospiti quando possibile di rispettare gli orari di silenzio e magari adottare soluzioni alternative per il trasporto dei bagagli, perché davvero, sembrava stesse cadendo a pezzi mezzo lodge.

The price value ratio is disproportionate. It's a very basic accommodation which can only demand its prices thanks to its proximity to Zion National Park. The rooms are basic and large but very dark. The swimming pool is freezing cold and most people didn't enter it, however there is a nice and warm whirlpool right next to the pool. The reception area got renovated while we were there, so the hotel made a make do reception area right next door. In terms of service, one day, the cleaners forgot to continue making the room so we got back to one bed completely stripped of all bedding. The cleaners never restocked the coffee capsules and cream. In terms of convenience, there is a free shuttle bus service to Zion Canyon not far away from the hotel.

The property’s kitchen area is under construction which doesn’t provide breakfast. It is peak season for Zion. We experienced our bedding had stained but staff was quite helpful and quickly got it changed at 10 PM. Overall it is a good location to get around.

Our stay was very nice...the rooms are decorated nicely. I loved the wallpaper in the walk in closet! It's great that a lighted vanity mirror is on the bathroom counter. The rain shower head and walk in shower were also a great addition. Everything was kept up and clean. There were a few deer roaming around the premises, which added to the ambiance of being near Zion National Park.

The "lodge" was being totally rebuilt but that was not disclosed. There was no food service other than "a cold breakfast box" instead of "breakfast included" that was advertised/promised. The "cold box" was not something I wanted and mostly not what I would eat so each breakfast was an additional expense after a long walk to a "nearby retaurant".

What a disappointment- Avoid!
The location is great and the front desk people were very kind but that’s about it. The room AC was terrible. We sweated so much at night. It was so uncomfortable. This is after we switched rooms because there were sewer fumes in our first room. The shower was so narrow I had to stand sideways. Which was only made worse by no hot water. I let it run for 15 minutes and nothing but cold or luke warm water came out. They charged us for parking without asking us. We had to ask multiple times to have the room cleaned. They left no replacement coffee after the cleaning. We were woken up at 5am every morning by loud guests in the room above us. Banging and moving furniture around. It almost sounded like construction work. The hot tub has no jets. So the hot water just bubbles out of the holes and straight up the wall. Pointless to say the least. It was better without the hot tub turned on. The pool wasn’t heated. So even on a hot day it was unbearably chilly. And I like cold water. The fridge didn’t work. SEVERLY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET!

The property was great, however, Expedia did not let us know that the property was under construction. There was no restaurant and therefore no breakfast or bar. The hotel did their best with a box of food for a breakfast but really not the same as a buffet. The staff was fantastic especially Rob! He was amazing with information around town and dealing with disgruntled customers. We did have to move from our room due to no hot water, which was very inconvenient and we missed dinner because of that. Most restaurants close at 8 or 9pm.Our new room was great. The pool was very cold but beautiful. To cold to swim in. The laundry facilities were great. The location is good for walking to the park entrance..less than a mile away and faster then waiting for a shuttle. I would come back here again but shame on Expedia for not updating us on the construction around the resort and no restaurant or bar. We were told Expedia knew about this but is not updating their website. The restaurant will not be open until November 11th.
