Turn on the 70" TV & watch all your streaming channels.

The Space:
Luxurious beds and has plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Big back yard with gas grill.

Everything in this house is brand new. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.

Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 70" Smart television.

Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, private bathroom, large closet and 65" Smart TV.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

Two blocks from Northwest Medical Center and 4 blocks from downtown Springdale.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
