The hotel was advertised as new. I assume this must mean new ownership as it is definitely a bit dated. The lighting in the room wasn't great, esp. over the sink/vanity. That being said, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful & friendly.

Room was nice and clean BUT the front desk was horrible. I saw an additional charge on my card prior to checking out and when I asked the fri t desk for reason….. they said that they smelled smoke outside and decided to go into our room while we were out and access a fee for smoking. $267 and gave us no chance to defend. While the neighboring room had a guest who frequently stepped out into the doorway to smoke. We are not smokers so you tell me?!?!

The hotel is close to Zion National Park, and a short walk to a shuttle stop. There is a grocery store across the street. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast was only a “to go” bag. The staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Rooms were comfortable, clean. The staff was extrememly helpful (with our bags, dining recommendations, shuttle information, etc.). We were able to leave our bags at the lodge prior to check-in and spent the day in the park without having to worry about our things. The lodge is close to everything!

Good Value and Location
I thought it was great value compared to some other options. No pools or hot tubs (which I was aware of and didn’t care) but room has fridge, micro and coffee maker. Grab and Go brekky was more than enough to get me going. Right across the street from bike rental and main grocery store plus short walk to numerous restaurants. I’d stay there again!

Our room was clean and comfortable. We requested lightbulb to be replaced on the second level stairwell the first morning of our stay. It was pitch black. After 4 nights the bulb was never replaced. The breakfast room area had dirty tables. If the area is open for use it should be cleaned and monitored throughout the day. One pet peeve about linens. If a guest room is booked for 4 nights, adequately stock it with towels please. Overall a good stay, just a few things we noticed that would have improved the quality of our stay
