Baymont on Battlefield Rd and 65 Hwy quickly became a Favorite to me. They made me feel like Family. You can't get Better service than at Baymont. I love the Staff, the Housekeepers, facilities, and the Cleanliness of the place. I Also loved that they knew me by my first name no matter how packed they were and would jump to help me if I ever asked or if they saw me struggling with my Disabilities.. I Love it there!! Definitely my Favorite in Springfield, MO.

We stay here often while traveling and usually have no issues. We checked in as a couple and found out when we got to the room that we only got one key. Checked into the room and found there wasnt any soap by the sink. The bathroom door squeeked loudly and was hard to close. The toilet needs a new flapper valve as it kept running during the night. The hair dryer was on its last leg. Had to wiggle the cord to get it to turn on.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and just great overall. Big TV, Working Heat and air conditioning. The only thing i can complain about is the elevator stopped working so I had to walk up and down the stairs for my stay. I also got locked in the bathroom after a shower and was unable to get out for 20 minutes, finally my girlfriend just had to get staff to fix the door and get me out of the steamy room.

Great stay
Great hotel to stay at. Great breakfast and nice gym. Located right next to the highway so it easy to travel wherever you need for the day. They also had great coffee!

Building is dated, a lot of “jimmy rigging” instead of actual fixes. I wear little “footies” while in hotels. They were filthy after the 4 night stay, so carpet could sure stand cleaning. Toilet flushed in its own sometimes

Amazing stay
When walking into the hotel ur welcome in. The room was clean. They provided clean towels every day we were there and cleaned room very nicely. Felt comfortable there to sleep and felt safe.
