I had 2 concerns. First, when showering some alarm in the room went off and stopped a couple of minutes after I finished. Second, I'm unsure whether my Wyndham Rewards number was recorded for this renta.

Musty smell in the room. I picked up some Febreze and all was good. They have the door cards that you insert the door card. After trying 5 or more cards they got one that worked.

A bit run down. There weren't enough towels in the room. The fridge didn't work. Couldn't get the room cooler - even with the A/C on. There was no counter space. Couldn't get the luggage cart into the room around the corner to unload - had to go in first and then grab stuff out of the hallway and try to maneuver it into the main room. Water pressure could've been better. No conditioner. Pool only opens an hour before checkout. Indoor pool but had the doors open to the outside (presumably all night) so there were large bugs and such. The pool was dirty. Felt slimy on your feet. Positives: beds were nice and the room part (apart from the cramped bathroom and sink area and hallway) was a nice open space.

I was grateful the woman at the front desk moved us from one room (which smelled strong of cigarettes) to another quickly upon check-in. However the second room had a damp feel and we'd seen a roach the 2nd and final night of our stay. The refrigerayor had to be older than me. Great customer service, horrible facilities, so I won't be back.

Our stay was good. Nice clean, comfortable room! Hotel seemed to be understaffed though… had to wait for a couple mins for anyone to check us in. When the lady finally came out, she was pushing a laundry cart and folding towels while checking us in. Kinda seemed like she was the only one working. Also aeemed like kind of a sketchy area. I don’t know if I would have stayed had my husband not been with me…

Good stay
Nice staff and well trained. For the most part, everything was very clean and organized. The only problem I had is that the TV kept malfunctioning and they were unable to fix it.
