Quiet hotel, easy and convenient parking. Anna in the breakfast area was a true asset to the hotel. She was courteous and very efficient keeping the food and coffee well-stocked. The pools temperature could have been much warmer. Overall, a good, clean hotel.

Make the Beds
The room was very nice, and I am not Scott Welch he purchased this trip for us to be able to see our son with TBI. The bad thing about the trip, was housekeeping, they don't make the bed, but handle towels you used on your body. I had to make the bed every day and clean the toilet. Covid is gone and frankly was never here except on MSM. The Hotel was easy to access and staff was very friendly but their covid rules are outdated and ridiculous.

Quiet area and facility. Very good breakfast every morning and staff very friendly. The room was supposed to have two chairs per the image of tge roombut there was only the desk chair which is uncomfortable. The large cushioned chair in the room description ad was not there.

This was a great property to stay at! We loved the breakfast and the pool and I loved the fact that the pool opens so early. It is great for families with younger kids who need a release of energy in the morning. We will be back!!

Vermont is lovely!
Very clean overall. Staff was friendly and responded promptly to our requests. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Must be good sound insulation - didnt hear other guests and even between the bathroom and main part of the room. Re: game room - enjoyed the pool table, but video games didnt seem to be working right. Swimming pool was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but fresh and plentiful. Was disappointed that the room didn't have an easy chair ( only a desk chair). Just a note to consider- hotel was at the edge of town, so no easily walkable restaurants. And many restaurants close early, so be aware when planning. No tourist info available in lobby. We would stay there again.

Best Western Springfield Vermont
The hotel is nice but expensive compared to other stays on our trip. There was nothing special about this hotel other than it met our needs for the night. I understand now why the parking lot is empty. Rates are high even for this area.

The hotel was surprisingly nice. Being off highway, I expected a somewhat run down building and motel but to my surprise, the room and bathroome were clean, the refrigerator was large and the room was fairly well lit. Breakfast for buffet was good - maybe a few more tables instead of scrunching over end tables would have been better. Overall, we were quite happy with this place, much more so than the town.
