The hotel was rather nice, on the surface it was clean. When moving a table to find an outlet, it was very dusty behind the furniture, but otherwise it was a great last minute accommodation. The staff were all friendly and professional.

Nice place to stay, clean and friendly.
The bathroom is older but was clean. The linens were clean. The shower was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly.

The room was bad. The bathroom was dingy and minimally clean and it was gross not having the sink in the bathroom with the toilet. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets stuff and scratchy. The dresser had broken and missing drawers and the refrigerator was dented and in terrible condition. We will not be staying here again.

Close to Bay State Medical Center for early morning medical procedures. Great ease of access routes to the hospital. Also to MGM casino, Costco's etc.
