Front desk staff was rude and tried to scam me out of my booking due to traveling with my service animal (which I noted in my initial booking!). I would not stay here again!

This Best Western is very handy for patients who may have early appointments at Bay State Medical Center, but it is also a very nice hotel, clean, staff is very friendly, nice breakfast offered. Plenty of parking, never had a problem with safety.

Disgusting & Poor customer service
We checked in and went ti get cleaned up for a memorial service and there was hair in the drain & on the wall of the shower. The bathroom floor was sticky.We requested to have it redone and the manager was rude and said she was the only one there and if she could get to it she would. The only thing she did was clean the bathroom floor.When we returned to the room the hairs were still in the shower. Needless to say we did not shower.The vent in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. We will never stay here again.

Looks can be deceiving
Good breakfast, beds were comfortable. The employees that we spoke to were all very nice and at check in (which was very late) the receptionist was very friendly and informative. However, there was strange odor in the hallways and a very bad odor in the room that was coming from the bathroom. In order to heat the room, we had to keep the fan on most of the time which made the air in the room extremely dry. The "marketplace" had only a few items available and not very tempting.
